Dra2k4, it has been really fun watching this wiki grow! You are doing a great job and your design skills and understanding of how to utilize templates is very impressive. I think you already know, but ArcaniaCity.wiki is part of the Wiki.Wiki network of wikis. We recently changed our parent page so that it now functions as a wiki itself. We figured it would be best if members of the Wiki.Wiki community had a space to communicate with one another, share tips, offer guidance and support, answer questions, and provide input about how the community's wikis are structured and promoted. If you are interested, I invite you to participate in this discussion. You will notice that I even used ArcaniaCity.wiki as an example, because it is not immediately obvious what ArcaniaCity.wiki is about when you see the logo on Wiki.Wiki's Main Page. Creating a page about this wiki at the network's wiki provides an opportunity for people to learn more about your project. Not required, but the invitation is there if you wish to help. All feedback is welcome, and keep up the great work! -Jason (talk) 10:28, 16 January 2015 (PST)

Thanks very much! I work as a web designer and coding inflexibility is my second worst nightmare (use of obsolete code is my first), hence my extensive use of rather complex templates. Yes, I did spot the change to Wiki.Wiki, which looks brilliant. I'd be happy to be involved. I do have a question before I do though. Are the user logons we have on our wikis available on Wiki.Wiki as well or do we need to create new accounts for Wiki.Wiki? I am under the impression the logons are restricted to their respective wiki but I wanted to check before I requested a new account.--Dra2k4 (talk) 02:29, 17 January 2015 (PST)
Dra2k4, currently each of our wikis are separate from one another and connected to Wiki.Wiki by external linking. We do have plans for universal login, though. Feel free to request the same name, or a different name, at Wiki.Wiki. Our goal is to connect similar accounts to one another at a later date. -Jason (talk) 16:43, 17 January 2015 (PST)
I went ahead and created a page here, which you are more than welcome to edit. Most wikis display text in just one language, but yours is unique since it teaches Chinese and Japanese. Obviously, the default language is English, but if you prefer, I could also add the wiki to the Chinese and Japanese language categories. (And, of course, feel free to update the entry for ArcaniaCity at Wiki.Wiki as you please!). -Jason (talk) 08:58, 22 January 2015 (PST)
Thanks very much, I'll get to work on that! I certainly don't mind it being added to those categories, though I guess it depends on whether you want the categories to consist of wikis that display or are about Chinese/Japanese or wikis that are for Chinese/Japanese readers, where Arcania City is not the latter. (At least not yet.) --Dra2k4 (talk) 12:06, 22 January 2015 (PST)
OK, I think I will leave it as an English-language wiki for now, and we can always update it later when we feel more of the content caters to Chinese/Japanese speakers. Thanks for the feedback! -Jason (talk) 12:10, 22 January 2015 (PST)

Language extension?

Hi Dra2k4, I wanted to ask if you were interested in either 1) adding Chinese and/or Japanese translations to the entry at Wiki.Wiki, or 2) if you would be interested in enabling the Language extension here on your wiki so that you and others can translate pages into other languages? Of course, you are welcome to translate any pages at Wiki.Wiki, especially if you are familiar with the translate tool. The more translated text, the better! -Jason (talk) 10:44, 29 July 2015 (PDT)

Hello Jason, yes, I am definitely interested in both!--Dra2k4 (talk) 08:27, 8 August 2015 (PDT)
